Anything that diminishes one's awareness and control is not recommended. In <a href="http://www.scientologytoday.org/Common/question/pg07.htm">auditing</a>, you need to be able to think and recall events that occured in your past and when on drugs this is not possible.<br /><br />Since drugs result in one's awareness being decreased, Scientology opposes drug use when possible.
